THE RESCUE MISSION of Hope for Justice

Human trafficking is not just an awful reality, so are the statistics, with 99% of victims still left unrescued. Many people rightly ask, “What can we do to change this?” It’s a question Hope for Justice is actively addressing, and more so each year.

Campaigning about the issue is important, but we are reaching much further than that – we are working towards a lasting solution. Our long term vision is to help bring about a complete end – we want to stamp it out for good.

How can we do this? By working on four main fronts:

  • Investigating and bringing about the rescue of victims from the abuse of human trafficking
  • Assisting in the protection and rehabilitation of victims
  • Ensuring perpetrators are held responsible for their crimes via prosecution
  • Campaigning at local, national and international level to ensure the laws on human trafficking work effectively to combat the problem

Due to the nature of trafficking, it is not always possible to give specific details of our strategy, or the operational aspects of Hope for Justice. But we can assure you we are actively investigating suspected cases of trafficking in the UK, already breaking through some of the issues and seeing freedom brought to people’s lives.

Hope for Justice has a growing staff and law team, working alongside specialist investigators who are absolutely committed to making this vision a reality. Our volunteer team includes thousands of people across the UK and Europe who support the cause by getting involved in ACTFORJUSTICE groups, fundraising, campaigning and praying for change. Just this last year has seen us put in place many vital strategies, plans and policies to help us on to our next phase of action.
